Not all celebrities are narcissists. However, some of them are definitive.

We all search for positive cues from people around us. Cues we strengthen this pattern of behavior in particular. There is nothing special in fact that does not like self-same celebrity. However, there are two major differences between the narcissistic and the normal personality.

The first is quantitative. Normal people would welcome being the amount of attention – verbal and non verbal – in the form of affirmation, approval, or admiration. Too much attention, though, are considered and avoided. Destructive and negative criticism is avoided altogether.

The narcissist, in contrast, is the mental equivalent of alcohol. He was never satisfied. He refers to all behavior, even his life, to get attention from titbits comfortable. Embeds him in a clear, complete bias, the image itself. He used them to set its labile (fluctuating) to themselves and value themselves.

To obtain a constant interest rate, on projects like yourself to other people who confabulated, fictitious version of himself, known as the One itself. One is that all who do not like yourself: omniscient, omnipotent, charming, intelligent, rich, or well-connected.

Like themselves and then harvest the reaction this projected image from family members, friends, colleagues, neighbors, business partners and from colleagues. If this – the adulation, admiration, attention, fear, respect, applause, affirmation – not to come, that they like the self, or extorts them. Money, honor, good criticism, an appearance in the media, a sexual conquest are all converted into the same currency in the narcissist’s mind, into “narcissistic supply”.

So, do not like yourself is really interested in publicity per se or the famous. He really is concerned with the reaction to fame: how people see him, see him, talk about him, debate the action. It “proves” to him that he was there.

Narcissist who walk around “hunting and collecting” the way the expressions on people’s faces change when they see him. He put himself in the center of attention, or even as the numbers controversy. He continued and recurrently pesters those nearest and dearest to her bid to convince himself that he does not lose his fame, his magic touch, attention to the social environment.
